Ratings and reviews help customers learn more about your business and may make your Page easier to find in Facebook search.

Disabling ratings and reviews will remove the star rating and reviews from your Page. Keep in mind that you can report a review for removal if it doesn’t follow the Facebook Community Standards.

To allow or disable ratings and reviews on your Page:

1) Click Settings at the top of your Page

2) From General, click Reviews

3) Select Allow visitors to review this Page or Disable reviews

4) Click Save Changes

Note: Adding an address to your Page will automatically enable reviews, but you can still disable them.
