EC Landscape Studio was founded by me, Erin Capon, a Landscape Designer with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture with Honours from Lincoln University and a wealth of experience working at a hands-on level in nurseries, as a gardener, landscape designer and project manager, around Canterbury NZ and London UK.

Whether you are creating a new landscape or simply renovating an old one, EC Landscape Studio would love to help you produce quality spaces that fit your needs and the environmental elements of your site.

Our Services

Onsite Design Consultation

Our design process begins with visiting your property to talk through your landscape ideas and dreams, and explore the site first hand. Following our meeting, we will provide a fee proposal for your landscape design package, project brief and a circulation / bubble diagram.

Landscape Design

We create tailor-made landscape design packages to suit your needs and budget, from Layout / Planting Plans to a Full Design Package including master plan, sketches, planting and setting out plans.

Guided Nursery / Garden Centre Visits

Guided nursery visits are a wonderful way to look at suitable planting options for your specific location and communicate a clear idea of the planting style and design intent for your outdoor space.

Project Management & Soft Landscaping

We offer project management and planting services to meet your needs. Whether it is overseeing the quotations and construction or simply regular contact with you during your build, project management is an important part of seeing your landscape take shape and develop.
