Just GO Do It!

Debra Taylor - Success FactorKeeping Motivated – Focusing on the Positive

You might say this is easier said than done! After all we are our own worst enemies aren’t we? SO, how can we keep motivated and focus on the positive rather than the negative?

I think we’ve all heard the saying, to be successful surround yourself with successful people. It figures that to be or keep motivated be around motivated people – believe it or not – it does rub off!

So what can you do about it?

  • Start with you!

  • Do you like what you are doing?

  • Are you doing what you want to do?

Six Great TIPS to get you started:

  1. Take small steps everyday looking forward NOT backwards

  2. Think positively – Develop your own personal positive affirmation and put it where you can see it – and say it!

  3. Don’t over analyse or overthink things

  4. Focus on the positive not the negative – focus on what you did well NOT what you did NOT do so well

  5. And lastly! Believe in yourself!

You can do it – Just GO do it!
