Fridays
8.30am – 5pm with half hour lunch break
Ideally the vacancy is suited to a person seeking some permanent hours and not looking to move on to full time hours.
Requirement:
Well presented and good English – you are the voice and face of the business
Articulate
Well organised and able to prioritise
Punctual and Patient
Previous experience in a similar role – this is a must!
Duties:
Telephone answering
Reception – face to face interaction with new & current candidates & clients
Data Entry
File Transfers
Registration of New candidates
Understanding of passports / visa / correct Identification we require for registration
Duties as required from to time that may arise
Full training will be given to the successful candidate.
Please note we are seeking for the long term – this is not a short term vacancy.
