Louise Urban – Knight Frank

Louise Urban has joined Knight Frank as Commercial Sales and Leasing Broker in the Christchurch office. She will work closely with Anna Morawiec on commercial sales and leases.

Originally from South Africa, Louise started her career in real estate at the age of 22. Three years later she was one of the highest earning agents in South Africa whilst working for MRCB. Most of her clients were international investors, as well as a host of sporting legends. She accredits her deep understanding of property to growing up surrounded by developers, investors, architects, engineers and builder; and her success to the trust her clients have in her integrity.

Louise moved to New Zealand in 2007 and has come to Knight Frank from JLL where she worked as a Commercial Leasing agent specialising in the Christchurch CBD. Her strong work ethic, personality, attention to detail and great problem solving skills allow Louise to bring a high level of service to all the clients she deals with.

Outside of work Louise has a busy family life, with her husband who works for Beca as a Technical Director in Power, and their two children, aged nine and 11. They go out on their boat as often as they can, especially in the summer, and all enjoy fishing and bike-riding.
